Depending on the model of your heat pump, you can choose between different modes. Follow these simple steps to change the mode of your heat pump:

  1. Go to "My Equipment" and select "Heat Pump".
  2. Click on the small question mark next to "Mode" and a window will open with all the modes and their explanations.
  3. To change the mode, simply click on it, if your heat pump has only 3 modes, or click on the little arrow and select the mode, if it has more than 3 modes.
