Calibration ensures accurate water measurements and should be done carefully.

🔁 When should I calibrate?

Calibration is recommended:

  • Once per season
  • After replacing the probe
  • If readings seem incorrect or unstable

Calibration is not required for first installation. 

⚠ Before you start

  • Do not calibrate while charging the device.
  • Keep your phone close to the device with Bluetooth enabled.
  • Always use new calibration solutions (single use only).

✅ Calibration order (very important)

  1. pH calibration
  2. ORP calibration

Always calibrate pH first, otherwise ORP results may be incorrect.

⏱ Waiting times

  • pH solution: wait 2 minutes before measuring
  • ORP solution: wait 20 minutes before measuring

After calibration:

  • pH values stabilize after ~3 hours
  • ORP values may need up to 6 hours to stabilize

✅ After calibration

Temporary unstable readings are normal. Do not recalibrate again immediately — let the device stabilize in pool water.
