Wondering if your pool equipment can be connected to the Fluidra Pool app? Here's how to check compatibility and what to do if your device isn’t supported yet:

1. Look for a QR Code with Cloud ID

Check your device for a QR code that contains the Cloud ID — this is usually found on a label on the device or packaging.

2. Check the official compatibility lists

We have published lists of devices that are currently supported by the Fluidra Pool app:

Make sure your specific model appears in the list.

3. Confirm the Product Code

Even if your device has the same name as a compatible one, it may not be supported if it's an older model.
🔎 Always double-check the Product Code to make sure it matches the compatible version.

4. You might need the iAquaLink App

Some older or different model devices are only compatible with the iAquaLink app.

If Your Device Isn’t Compatible (Yet)

Currently, only compatible devices can be used with the Fluidra Pool app. However, our developers are continuously working to support more models.
