If your salt chlorinator is displaying a salinity reading of 0 g/l in the Fluidra Pool app, it’s likely due to low chlorination output rather than an actual lack of salt in the water.
The salinity sensor requires a minimum chlorine output level to function correctly. If your system is running below 40% output, it may not generate enough flow or current for the sensor to take an accurate reading. As a result, the system defaults to displaying a salinity value of 0.
👉How to fix it: Increase the chlorination output to at least 40%. This will enable the system to measure salinity properly. Wait a few minutes after increasing the output to allow the system to stabilize and display a correct reading.
