The Cloud ID is a unique alphanumeric code used to identify and connect your device to the Fluidra Pool app. It acts like a digital fingerprint, allowing the app to communicate securely with your pool equipment over the cloud.

What is it used for?

  • To register your device in the app.
  • To enable remote monitoring and control via your smartphone or tablet.

Where can I find the Cloud ID?

You can typically locate the Cloud ID in one of the following places:

  1. On the physical device – Usually on a sticker or label on the front, back or on the side.
  2. In the app – If the device was already registered, you will find the Cloud ID listed in the device information section.

What if my equipment does not have a Cloud ID?

If the equipment does not have the sticker with the QR code and the Cloud ID it is very likely that your equipment is not compatible with Fluidra Pool, check the articles where compatibility is detailed. 

 Important Notes

  • Each Cloud ID is unique to one device.
  • Keep it secure, as it is required to access and control your equipment.
  • If you're transferring ownership or re-registering a device, the new user will need this Cloud ID.
