• Correct Placement: Blue Connect must always be placed vertically in the pool with the sensors fully submerged in the water. This ensures that the sensors can take accurate readings of water temperature, pH, ORP, and conductivity. The top part of the device must remain above water to maintain communication with the Fluidra Pool app.
• Avoid Submersion: For pools with covers, do not tie Blue Connect with the securing cord when covering the pool, as this may cause the device to be fully submerged, disrupting communication and potentially damaging the device.
• Positioning Tip: If you notice any connectivity issues, check whether the top of the device is above the waterline and if the surrounding pool area has a strong enough Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal.
