  • Check Water Flow Rate: A common reason the pump might not start is an insufficient water flow rate. Ensure that water is circulating correctly through the pump and that all hydraulic connections are secure and properly configured. Verify that the pool's filtration system is not obstructed and that the pump's pre-filter is clean.

  • Assess Installation Location: Although the pump’s operation is generally robust across different environmental conditions, it's crucial to ensure that the pump is not located where it could be subject to freezing temperatures. Water freezing in the system can prevent the pump from starting or functioning correctly.
