If Your Pool Is Not Heating Properly

If your heat pump is not increasing the water temperature as expected, check the following points:

  • Operating mode not powerful enough

The appliance may be running in “SILENCE” or “SMART” mode.

→ Switch to “BOOST” mode and set the filtration to 24/24 manual until the temperature rises.

  • Automatic filling valve stuck open

If the valve remains open, it will continuously add cold water to the pool, preventing the temperature from increasing.

→ Check that the valve closes properly after filling.

  • Excessive heat loss due to cool air

If outside temperatures are low, use a heat-insulated pool cover to reduce heat loss.

  • Dirty evaporator

A clogged evaporator can prevent the appliance from capturing enough heat.

→ Clean it carefully to restore full performance.

If the issue persists, contact your technician — some checks or adjustments may only be performed by a qualified professional.
