Check the possible behaviours in case the heat pump does not start heating straight away: 

  • On start-up, the appliance remains "paused" for 30 seconds before it starts operating.
  • When the setpoint temperature is reached, the appliance stops heating: the water temperature is higher than or equal to the setpoint temperature. 
  • When the water flow rate is zero or is not enough, the appliance stops: check that the water is circulating correctly in the appliance and that the hydraulic connections are correct. 
  • The appliance stops when the outdoor temperature falls below -12º C. 
  • The appliance may have detected an operating fault (check the error code in the display) 
  • If you have checked all these points and the problem persists: Please contact your retailer.
