However, you should contact your technician or retailer directly for the following cases:
The appliance is not working: This could be related to the voltage, and a pool specialist should check it.
The appliance is smoking: Switch off and disconnect the appliance immediately, then contact your retailer or technician.
The appliance is working, but the water temperature does not increase: A technician should verify whether the appliance is the right size for your pool and environment.
