Your issue is related to the Fluidra Pool app or connectivity:
- You cannot log in
- The app is not loading or is crashing
- Your device appears offline in the app, but works locally
- Data is not updating or is missing
- You cannot complete the pairing process
- You see errors within the app
👉 These issues are related to the app, your account, or cloud connection
🔧 Contact your Technician / Installer if:
Your issue is related to the physical equipment:
- The device does not turn on
- The robot does not start or move
- The pump or heat pump is not working properly
- You see error codes on the device screen
- The system does not respond even without the app
- You suspect an installation issue
