You can contact our support team anytime if you are having difficulties with the application Fluidra Pool, but certainly you have to contact your technician for cases like:
- The appliance is not working. This could be related to the voltage and the pools specialist should have a look.
- The appliance is "smoking". First you must switch off and disconnect the appliance immediately, then contact your retailer/technician.
- The appliance is working but the water temperature does not increase. A technician should check if the appliance is the right size for your pool and its environment.
