Here are some tips to make sure your heat pump works perfectly:
Make sure the ventilation grid is not blocked by any foreign objects.
Clean the evaporator using a soft brush and fresh water spray (disconnect the power cable beforehand).
Clean the condensate drainage line to remove any impurities that may be blocking it.
Ensure the ventilation grid of the switch box is clean.
Do not use a high-pressure jet. Do not spray the unit with rainwater, salt water, or mineral-rich water.
Clean the outside of the appliance without using solvent-based products. You may use a dedicated cleaning kit such as the PAC NET.
