If you notice condensation inside the LED area of your Blue Connect, this is normal and does not indicate a fault with the device.
Small amounts of condensation can appear due to changes in temperature and humidity.
Does condensation affect the operation of Blue Connect?
No.
Condensation inside the LED area does not affect the normal operation of the device or the accuracy of its measurements.
Do I need to replace my Blue Connect?
No.
The presence of condensation alone does not mean that the device is damaged and does not require replacement.
How can I make the condensation disappear?
If you remove Blue Connect from the pool and store it correctly, the condensation should gradually disappear.
For best results:
- Store the device in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
- Keep the device protected from excessive humidity.
- Ensure the storage foot is installed correctly when the device is not in use.
In most cases, the condensation will disappear after the device has been stored correctly for more than 6 days.
When should I contact support?
Contact your retailer or customer support if:
- You observe water inside the device rather than light condensation.
- The device stops operating normally.
- The condensation persists for an extended period despite correct storage.
If Blue Connect continues to operate normally, condensation inside the LED area is considered normal behaviour.
