Proper winter storage prevents permanent probe damage.
❄️ When to use winter mode
Use winter mode if:
- The pool is closed
- The device is removed for long periods
- There is a risk of freezing
✅ Winter mode steps (Blue Connect)
- Remove the device from the pool.
- Open the Fluidra Pool App.
- Activate Winter Mode in the device menu.
- Install the storage foot with KCl, pH4, or pool water.
- Store away from frost.
✅ Winter mode (Aqua Connect)
- Remove the device from the pipe
- Install the wintering cap
- Store with storage foot filled as instructed
🔄 Reactivating after winter
- Blue Connect: plug in to charge
- Aqua Connect: reinstall on the pipe and power on
The device will automatically wake up.
