Unstable or incorrect values usually have simple physical causes.

🫧 Air bubbles on the probe

• Air bubbles prevent proper contact with water.
• Gently shake the device underwater to release bubbles.

🌿 Dirty probe (algae, fungus, deposits)

• Remove the device and rinse the probe with clean water.
• Use a soft cloth only (no chemicals or brushes). 

🧊 Probe too dry (after winter or long storage)

• If the probe dried out, place the device in water for 24 hours.
• Recalibrate once the probe is fully hydrated. 

⚡ During charging

Measurements taken while charging are not reliable. Always ignore readings during charging.

🧪 After calibration

Measurements may fluctuate for several hours. This is expected behavior.
