If your device is not detected during pairing, it is usually related to Bluetooth settings, distance, or device status.
Check Bluetooth on your phone
Make sure:
• Bluetooth is enabled
• The app has permission to use Bluetooth
• No other phone is currently connected to the device
Stay close to the device
Bluetooth pairing requires proximity.
• Keep your phone very close to the equipment during setup
• Avoid moving away while pairing is in progress
Check the device status
Make sure the device is ready to pair:
• The device is powered on
• It is in pairing mode (LED indicator may blink)
• If needed, restart the device and try again
Restart and try again
If the device is not detected:
• Restart the device
• Close and reopen the app
• Start the pairing process again
Avoid interference
• Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices
• Make sure no other user is trying to connect at the same time
