If your device appears offline, it means the app cannot receive data from it at that moment.
⚠️ When this is normal
In some situations, an offline status is expected and temporary:
- The robot is underwater (it cannot communicate)
- The device is restarting or reconnecting
- There is a temporary network interruption
👉 In these cases, the device may reconnect automatically after a few minutes.
🔎 What to check
If the offline status continues, check the following:
- 🔌 Is the device powered on?
- 🌐 Is your WiFi network working properly?
- 📶 Is the WiFi signal strong enough where the device is installed?
- 📡 Is your router connected to the internet?
🔁 What you can do
Try these actions:
- Restart the device
- Restart your WiFi router
- Wait a few minutes and check the app again
⚠️ Important
- Devices may appear offline if they temporarily lose WiFi connection
- Robots do not send data while they are operating in the pool
- Short connection interruptions can be normal
📞 What to do if it persists
If the issue continues:
- ✅ If the device works normally but the app shows no data → contact App Support
- ❌ If the device is not working properly → contact your Technician
✅ Summary
- “Offline” can be temporary or normal
- If it lasts too long → check power and connection
- If it continues → identify whether it’s an app issue or a device issue
