If your readings fluctuate or appear unreliable, check the following:

1. Calibration may be required

Calibrate the device:

  • At first installation

  • After probe replacement

  • After long storage

Follow calibration instructions in the app.

2. Check water flow

Aqua Connect requires proper water circulation.

Ensure:

  • The filtration system is running

  • There is no air trapped in the pipe

  • Water flows correctly around the probe

3. Avoid measurements after chemical treatment

Recent chemical additions may temporarily affect readings.

Wait until water is fully mixed and stabilized.

4. Probe aging

Over time, probes may lose sensitivity.

If readings remain unstable after calibration, probe replacement may be required.
