Blue Connect and Aqua Connect automatically measure your pool water and send the data to the Fluidra Pool app, allowing you to monitor your pool remotely.

How does the communication work?

Blue Connect Silver, Blue Connect Gold and Aqua Connect use:

  • Bluetooth®
  • Wi-Fi

to communicate with the Fluidra Pool app.

What is Bluetooth used for?

Bluetooth is used when you are close to the device for operations such as:

  • Initial installation and pairing.
  • Sensor calibration.
  • Firmware updates.
  • Maintenance procedures.

What is Wi-Fi used for?

Wi-Fi allows your device to automatically synchronize measurements with the Fluidra Pool app.

Once connected to Wi-Fi, you can view your pool data remotely through the app.

How often are measurements updated?

The measurement frequency depends on the product:

Does Aqua Connect measure continuously?

No.

Aqua Connect performs measurements during the filtration periods configured for your pool.

For this reason, measurements may not update when the filtration system is not running.

Can I access my measurements when I am away from home?

Yes.

As long as your device is connected to Wi-Fi and synchronized with the Fluidra Pool app, you can view your pool data from anywhere using your smartphone.

What should I do if measurements are not updating?

If measurements are not updating as expected:

  • Check that the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Verify that your pool's filtration system is operating normally (Aqua Connect).
  • Ensure the device is correctly paired with the Fluidra Pool app.
