Some heat pumps can be connected directly via Wi-Fi, while others require the use of an iQBridge to connect through Wi-Fi.
Once connected, the heat pump can be remotely controlled from your smartphone or tablet using the Fluidra Pool® app, available for both iOS and Android systems.
⚙️ Before you start
Before connecting your heat pump to the Fluidra Pool app, make sure that you:
Use a Wi-Fi-enabled smartphone or tablet.
Have access to a Wi-Fi network with a strong signal near the heat pump.
The Wi-Fi signal must be detectable at the appliance location.
If not, consider using a Wi-Fi extender or similar solution to improve signal coverage.
Stay close to the appliance during setup and have your home Wi-Fi password ready.
Download the Fluidra Pool app
Download the Fluidra Pool® app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
If you already have the app, check that it’s updated to the latest version before proceeding.
Add your heat pump
Open the app, select Add Equipment, and follow the on-screen steps to add your heat pump.
